    Nine of Burnley’s fifteen wards have Article 4 protection against unchecked conversion to houses in multiple occupation. Reform councillors are pressing to extend it to the six wards that have none.

On 3 September the Reform cabinet at County Hall added £10m to this year's highways maintenance budget, funded through the council's Efficiency Review. It takes investment in Lancashire's roads in 2026/27 to £88.9m.
