Who we are
This site is run by Reform UK Burnley. If you have any questions about your data, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect, and when
- When you use a form (contact, volunteer or newsletter), the details you enter, such as your name, email address, postcode and message, are sent to us by email so we can respond or sign you up.
- When you use the postcode lookup on the Find Your Ward page, the postcode you type is sent to the third-party service postcodes.io to find your ward. We do not store it.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site securely.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, where you have given consent, to send you branch updates. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent (for example, when you tick a box to receive updates) and our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or while you wish to receive updates. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
